The documentation for OTRS is vague and often misleading (poss. due to a bad translation from the original German).

I just installed OTRS for my small comapny and set it up to recieve emails from our 2 existing support email inboxes - it then proceeded to empty both inboxes as there&#039;s no option to leave mail on the server!]]></description>
